    Brenda Whitehurst, Southern Delaware Market Manager, YWCA Ginny Marino, YWCA Delaware Chief Executive Officer Jenna Fenstermacher, YWCA Financial Literacy Counselor

    Brenda Whitehurst is the Southern Delaware Market Manager for YWCA. Brenda has over 20 years in working with the State of Delaware and more than 22 as an entrepreneur in training & marketing. With the opening of the YWCA office in March 2008, both organization awareness, and programs & services offered to women in Sussex County have expanded. Ms. Whitehurst works with Human Resource professionals throughout the state to coordinate services for the women in the YWCA programs, to find opportunities for women in the workplace, and to speak on the programs offered. Prior to returning back to work with YWCA DE after eight years, Brenda served for six years as manager of the Entrepreneur Resource Center for the First State Community Action Agency. There she provided technical assistance & training to small businesses in the start-up, existing and expansion stages. Ginny Marino, CEO - began as the CEO of the YWCA of Delaware in 2004 where she is responsible for overseeing the entire operation and coordinating activities. Prior to joining the YWCA Ms. Marino was the Director of the Department of Economic Advancement from 2000 to 2004. She was the Vice President of Retail Banking Services for Delaware First Bank; Marketing and Community Relations at WSFS Bank. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business and Technical Communication and a MBA from Wilmington College. Jenna Fenstermacher has worked for the YWCA of Delaware as a Financial Literacy Curriculum Coordinator since 2012. She develops partnerships with organizations and businesses to bring financial education to their members. Prior to joining the YWCA of DE, she worked as a Public Ally and Clinic Coordinator at the Delaware Community Reinvestment Action Council. She has a Bachelors Degree in History from the University of Delaware.
